Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney to work in our Charlotte, North Carolina Office. The ideal candidate will have a valid state Bar license and five or more years of family-based immigration experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
In this position you will handle family-based immigration cases such as adjustment of status, consular process, waivers, and removal defense such as asylum and cancellation of removal hearings. We are looking for a motivated, hard-working attorney, with excellent communication and organization skills, and a passion for helping immigrants. Must be able to handle your own caseload with the help of our strong support team.
