Compensation: $110k -$150k depending on experience and ability

Parton Law, PLLC is seeking a full time Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of six years of experience to join our Civil Litigation Team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in litigation matters and be capable of demonstrating exceptional knowledge in all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial motions, jury selection, trial, settlement exploration, and preservation of appellate issues. The successful candidate must be able to counsel clients, conduct cross examinations, and present convincing, cohesive arguments. Candidate must have excellent research, analytical and writing skills; capable of delegating work to non-attorney team members; and be an active member of the North Carolina State Bar.
