About the Role

The Company is in search of an AVP, AXIS Modeler to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with annuity LDTI implementation, developing models to support annuity valuation, and providing support during audits and regulatory examinations. This role is pivotal in the company's operations, and the ideal applicant will be proficient in AXIS modeling software, possess a designated ASA or FSA, and have at least 8 years of actuarial experience, including modeling variable annuity products. Experience with US statutory and GAAP reporting is also preferred.The AVP, AXIS Modeler will play a key role in the company's actuarial and financial functions, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of annuity-related models and processes. The position requires a high level of expertise in actuarial science, particularly in the context of life insurance, and the ability to work with complex modeling software. The candidate should be prepared to contribute to the company's strategic goals and be adept at communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
