```Responsibilities```
- Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store's operations
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise retail staff to deliver exceptional service and meet sales goals
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or other technology systems
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a retail management role or similar position
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of technology sales is a plus
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with retail math and analyzing sales data
- Multilingual abilities are an asset
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
