We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical cannabis grow.

You will work closely with the Owner and General Manager to ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist the Owner and General Manager in managing all aspects

- Supervise staff members to ensure adherence to company standards and high standard of service

- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures

- Resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations as well as health and safety regulations

- Assist in online marketing

Qualifications

- Previous experience in management or a similar role preferred

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional experiences

- Knowledge of management principles and practices

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
