Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, diagnose and treat illnesses, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Duties:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions

- Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary

- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Perform minor procedures such as suturing wounds and removing sutures

- Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies

- Provide primary care services including preventive care, health maintenance, and health promotion

- Assist in clinical research activities as needed

- Triage patients based on severity of symptoms or conditions

- Provide behavioral health support to patients

Skills:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment

- Familiarity with electronic health record systems

- Strong background in primary care practices including preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management

- Triage skills to prioritize patient needs based on urgency

- Ability to provide behavioral health support to patients in a compassionate manner

Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
