Our businesses are centered around automotive repair with the desire to provide a better life for our employees and members! Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Enter and reconcile daily sales summaries from various locations.
  • Enter various other accounting paperwork such as checks, credit card purchases, and deposits.
  • Reconcile monthly vendor statements, credit card statements, loan amortization schedules, and intercompany transactions.
  • Use QuickBooks to perform data entry tasks in a timely manner while ensuring accurate recording of all transactions.
  • Have an "All Hand On Deck" mindset! We work together as a team and don't hesitate to help in other areas.
  • Assist the accounting department with other miscellaneous tasks when needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities include but are not limited to:

  • Current accounting experience is a MUST
  • MUST be personable and enjoy building relationships with others
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Experience using QuickBooks Desktop or Sage is a huge plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; highly skilled in Excel
  • Experience using Basecamp and other online platforms preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
  • Self-starter who is friendly and outgoing
  • Punctual, dependable, and committed to the demands of deadlines
  • Team player who is willing to put in some overtime to meet monthly deadlines

Someone else should be able to look at your work and know where to pick up if you were to be out of the office.
