We are a Woman-Owned site work construction company recognized for superior quality and customer service. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and a passion for accuracy to supplement our existing accounting team.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions
• Process accounts receivable transactions
• Entering and processing Contruction Payroll
• Payroll to include Certified Payroll using DLLR, ProCore, and EMars
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Determining and assigning Job Costs
• Other accounting duties, as needed

Experience:

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks (desktop)
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with construction accounting is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
