Confidential - Property Management Firm is Hiring a Property Manager Near Indian, FL

We are looking for a property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of a conventional property located in Cocoa, Florida. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the property
  • Supervise the Maintenance personnel and insure policies and procedures are being followed
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
  • Negotiate contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
  • Advertise and market vacant units
  • Collect rents and manage expenses
  • Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
  • Oversee the property's personnel and assess its performance
  • Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
  • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
  • Update job and market knowledge

Skills

  • Proven work experience in the property management industry
  • Experience with renovations and lease up
  • Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
  • In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management; specifically Fair Housing laws
  • Experience with ResMan software
  • Customer focus
  • Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills
  • Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Must be willing and able to follow policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
