Position Title: Powersports Salesperson

Reports to: Sales Manager

Established franchise dealership is seeking qualified sales consultants to assist in the powersport vehicle buying process!! If you are eager to earn high income potential, have a positive attitude, and are energic this is a position for you!!

The salesperson assists customers who are looking to purchase a new or used powersport vehicle. They converse with customers to find out their budget and wish list, helping them find a suitable powersport vehicle that matches their needs. In addition to selling powersport vehicles, the salesperson orders and arranges payments with the shipper.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Utilize our CRM and digital tools to drive showroom traffic
• Assist customers in presenting our product portfolio
• Work with customers to assist them with leasing or financing options
• Providing a complete vehicle review and delivery as well as meeting dealership requirements
• Outstanding customer satisfaction is a must
• Team based work environment and ability to assist other teammates
• Strong negotiation skills

Experience and Requirements:

• Sales experience in powersports preferred but not required
• Proven track record of success in sales

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Dealership experience: 1 year (Required)
• Sales: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Fort Pierce, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
