Small Boca firm founded in 2009 with a focus on credit and default legal is growing and in need of a Foreclosure Paralegal to work a flexible hybrid schedule! Firm is customer-centric and supportive while prioritizing the culture and safety of their team. Work environment includes regular social events and a lively atmosphere. Firm also promotes work life balance only requiring on site attendance 2x/week at minimum.

Responsibilities

● Work on mortgage foreclosure files from inception to completion including complaint preparation and filing, summons' preparation, service of process, motion for default, notice of dropping party, motion for final judgment, affidavits in support of final judgment, preparation of final judgment and foreclosure sales.

● E-file pleadings, e-serve pleadings, & set hearings

● Communicate with clients in Tempo, LPS and other client systems

● Communicate with Opposing counsel.

Qualifications

● 2 years of foreclosure experience

● Experience with LPS & Case Aware is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
