We are a leading player in the food manufacturing industry seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Food Safety/Quality Assurance Manager. This position is critical to ensuring our commitment to the highest standards of food safety and quality across our operations in the USA.

Responsibilities include staying current on legislation, providing technical support for projects, ensuring compliance through supplier audits, and maintaining and monitoring food safety and HACCP systems. The role involves building strong relationship with Quality management, liaising with external bodies, and supporting all units in the USA. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for developing and implementing food safety training programs, thoroughly investigating complaints, and delivering relevant information to stakeholders.

Qualifications for this role include deep knowledge of HACCP, ISO, SQF, and food safety systems, along with relevant certifications such as Food Safety Certification and PCQI. The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-organized, capable of managing a substantial workload, and possess excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Hygiene and Quality Assurance, preferably in a food manufacturing site.
