Highly regarded Labor & Employment team of international law firm has an opening for a smart and dynamic employment lawyer. An ideal candidate for this mid-level associate opportunity, located in the firm’s Seattle office, will have 4 years of recent employment law experience in a law firm environment, including in the following areas:
Candidates for this position will have a strong academic background, including a JD from an ABA-approved (and preferably Top Tier) law school, as well as a stable work history at established law firms known for the high quality of their work.
Traditional labor relations experience is a plus, but not a requirement for consideration. Imaginative and entrepreneurial practice outlook is highly desired, as is the ability to both mentor others and be mentored by more senior attorneys.
Firm provides outstanding administrative support, solid pipeline of interesting work from loyal, high quality clientele, and emphasis on collaborative, no-drama working environment.
Compensation is very competitive, depending on experience. All resumes will be handled in the strictest confidence.
