Requirements:Passion for the Elderly.
Strong Leadership Skills with proven experience in labor management, inventory control, purchasing skills and budget savvy.
Superior computer skills essential.
Should have in depth understanding and knowledge of Person Centered Care and the MDS 3.0 process.
3 to 5 years experience is highly desired.
