SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and driving revenue growth. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. There is a bonus opportunity up to $25,000 on top of base salary.
The Sales & Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility is to conduct prospect tours/visits, manage the customer relationship database, and facilitate admissions to meet the community’s occupancy objectives. Additionally, they will facilitate on-site and off-premises marketing seminars and events and manage leads and sales through the prospect tracking system. The ideal candidate has exemplary verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and at least three years of sales experience in a consultative sales environment
Duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and product promotions
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with the product management team to develop effective marketing materials and sales collateral
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices
- Experience in copywriting for marketing materials is highly desirable
- Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing materials is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience in advertising sales or market research is an advantage
- Knowledge of product management principles is beneficial
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics or other analytics tools
