- Conduct random sampling to verify the accuracy of equipment and processes, promptly reporting any conditions requiring immediate repair.
- Utilize advanced inspection methods to develop and execute quality programs, maintaining detailed records and producing insightful inspection reports.
- Apply your experience and judgment to plan and achieve quality goals efficiently.
- Collect samples for laboratory analysis, determine corrective actions to address deviations from standards.
- Be prepared to take on other duties as instructed, contributing to the overall success of our team.
- A minimum of 1 year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for metallurgy knowledge.
- 2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred to understand the intricacies of the production process.
- Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and gauges is essential.
- **must be comfortable with basic computer file management/sharing.**
- Some understanding of excel and data entry.
- Ability to read, write, and understand fundamental English.
- Some familiarity with the periodic table of elements is preferred.
