We are looking for a Day Shift Machine Operator with MILL Machine experience for a busy precision manufacturing company with numerous opportunities for growth. You will contribute to the production and manufacturing of precision components for industries like Aerospace and Military while learning new skills in the tooling department.

• 4/10s: Monday to Thursday 5 AM to 3:30 PM

• Run/operate conventional Mills, conventional machines, and other manufacturing machinery.
• Inspect parts and make machine adjustments as instructed to achieve production requirements.
• May operate CNC mills and other machinery.
• Inspect and measure the finished product to ensure proper completion of the process. Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Read and follow work orders, schematics, and blueprints. Perform basic troubleshooting on machines.
• May operate punch press, mills/lathes, and conventional manufacturing machines.
• Provide support to other areas of the production processes.

• At least 2 years of machine operator experience.
• Experience with Mills is Preferred
• Able to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions (blueprints, work orders, travelers, schematics)
• Must have reliable transportation
