We are looking for a Manufacturing Associate to perform a broad range of responsibilities requiring a high degree of dexterity and the ability to operate manufacturing machines, hand or power tools and run computer operated machinery.

Morning Shift, Monday to Friday in El Cajon.

Responsibilities :

• Work from traveler instructions, procedures, drawings and / or verbal instructions to complete production work.
• May set up, and operate production line or different machines, running and monitoring output of machine.
• Perform functions of an assembly line process.
• Perform deburring, straightening, and sanding of parts to specifications.
• Maintain accurate and clear documentation and records and / or logs.
• May monitor technical equipment or do practical work.
• Assess quality of product output and identify flaws.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Demonstrates ability to appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures, comply with company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, and accepts constructive feedback.
• Other duties as assigned, requested or needed.

Requirements and Skills :

High school diploma or General Education Development (GED).

• At least 2 years of Manufacturing or related machinery experience.
• Ability to operate, control and watch gauges, dials or other indicators.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to use basic mathematical equations.
