Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide advanced nursing care to patients of all ages, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care.

Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies
- Perform procedures such as wound care, suturing, and administering injections
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and health promotion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely in electronic medical records

Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in New York
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Skills:
- Proficient in coding and documentation practices
- Strong patient assessment skills across the lifespan
- Ability to provide critical care interventions in emergency situations
- Knowledge of basic life support techniques
- Experience in acute care settings and ability to manage complex medical conditions
- Ability to ventilate patients requiring respiratory support
- Familiarity with psychopharmacology for mental health treatment
- Knowledge of senior care principles and geriatric assessment
