**Hite Dallas General Manager**

Franchise Dallas, Texas Minimum Experience **Experienced** ou will work directly with the ownership while focusing on the day to day running of the office to ensure productivity and profitability are top of mind. The role is also client facing so youll need to build senior relationships with clients and contribute to new business pitches too. As the market segment which we are operating in is experiencing a significantly high growth rate, the successful General Manager will be required to have a strong sales management background.

Responsibilities:

* Building relationships with potential clients & managing opportunities.

* Manage relationships with service providers

* Be responsible with the team for ongoing relationships with clients.

* Lead, inspire and motivate team members to understand and live company values and to deliver commercial goals and ambition.

* Oversee financial operations of the franchise ensuring its bottom line growth.

* Oversee recruitment when needed too for new team members.

* Prepare and implement annual business plans and budgets.

* Oversee the management of all business operations and functions to ensure the achievement of business plans and budgets.

* Prepare reports and forecasts for the ownership as required.

* Collaborate, cooperate, and proactively contribute to ensure the annual business plan and budget is achieved.

* Communicate performance expectations and support the team by building required competencies, providing feedback, managing behaviours and performance gaps.

* Monitor individual & team performance and workload, address learning, development needs, and performance issues.

* Actively participate in the Annual Performance Review process.

Qualifications

You must possess a background in Digital Marketing, Communications, & management.

* Experience communicating digital marketing strategies

* Proven experience in driving successful teams including managing team morale.

* Proven sales management experience

* Strong customer focus

* Strong knowledge of business practices and methodologies.

* Self starter, autonomous, reliable

* MBA qualification will be ideal

Additional Information

The perfect candidate should have:

* 5 years minimum experience as a Manager or similar in house role

* The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

* A strong digital background with proven abilities

* Ability to lead and develop the teams digital space in executing strategy

* Work well and effectively with clients, team members and other departments

* A people-person, who is empathetic, instinctive and a good networker

* Strong communication skills
