Conejo, a new Mexican restaurant in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a full-time, Assistant General Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities include assisting the General Manager with the management of the restaurant - training staff, leading the Front of House team to provide excellent food and beverage service, adhering to health and safety standards, engaging with customers, and creating an environment of genuine hospitality.

Assistant General Managers also take on some administrative duties. The AGM role is a career track position with great opportunity to grow in our company.

The AGM will report to and work closely with the General Manager and Operations Director for Big Kitchen Hospitality. We are committed to hiring the most diverse and qualified staff possible.

Compensation $55,000-$65,000 / year

Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications :

• 2 years front of house management experience in a high volume, full service restaurant
• Desire to grow in the hospitality industry
• Ability to remain on your feet for an 8 shift and lift 30 pounds
• Availability on nights and weekends
