Overview

 Reporting to the EVP and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, this leader defines and drives Cone Health's marketing strategy, in partnership with key internal business partners and marketing team, for a competitive marketplace. This leader also collaborates with the Cone Health communications, advertising and brand, and digital communications teams to ensure that Cone Health's services and experiences are being strategically marketed and communicated to its stakeholders.

Responsibilities

 Serves as a key member of the Cone Health marketing and communications leadership team, reporting to the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer.Leads the creation and implementation of a segmented marketing strategy for Cone Health that differentiates its services and consumer experiences from the competition. This work is done in partnership with marketing & communications team, key service line leaders, enterprise analytics, and strategy, and others. Partners with digital marketing team to ensure that Cone Health is strategically marketing its services and experiences externally, using all of its platforms such as the website and all digital channels, to maximize Cone Health's reach, engagement and impact.Partners with the brand and advertising team to ensure that Cone Health is strategically promoting its services and experiences externally, using all of its platforms such as TV, radio, billboard, print and digital, to maximize Cone Health's reach, engagement and impact. Partners with communications team to ensure that Cone Health is strategically promoting its services and experiences internally. Leads Cone Health's relationship with outside agencies, as appropriate.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:Required:Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business or related field.Master's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business or related field completed or in-progress.EXPERIENCE:Required:8-10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in marketing or related field. Experience in healthcare is preferred, but not required. Preferred:Proven track record (with supporting data) of the ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans and tactics Functional understanding of marketing Return on Investment (ROI) and data analytics. This includes directing and supporting market research data collection, analysis and interpretation of data for short-and long-term marketing forecasting Proven experience in managing departmental and service line marketing budgets Direct experience in digital and content marketing Experience with current marketing technologies and platforms such as customer relationship management (CRM) and search engine optimization (SEO)Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to frame marketing opportunities in a way that is relevant to particular audiencesLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIREDPREFERRED
