Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Register Nurses to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history

- Assist with patient assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans

- Perform basic life support procedures in emergency situations

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

- Assist with patient education on healthcare topics, including medication instructions and self-care techniques

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care

- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Skills:

- Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of healthcare systems

- Strong medication administration skills, including dosage calculations

- Excellent patient care skills, with the ability to provide compassionate and holistic care

- Knowledge of basic life support techniques and emergency response protocols

- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

- Ability to perform accurate patient assessments and recognize changes in conditio

Qualifications:

- Valid LPN/RN license in SC

- CPR certification required

- Current two-step PPD required

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
