CONDUSTRIAL is Hiring a Pipe Layer - Underground Utility Near Charlotte, NC
- Lay and install underground pipes for water, sewer, and drainage systems according to blueprints and specifications.
- Ensure precise alignment and proper slope of pipes to facilitate efficient flow and prevent blockages.
- Collaborate with construction crews to excavate trenches, backfill, and compact soil as needed.
- Perform inspections and tests to ensure the integrity and functionality of installed pipes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Previous experience in underground utility construction preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators and trenchers safely.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
