Requirements:Previous experience in construction or manufacturing preferred but not required. Willing to train motivated individuals.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and dedication to quality and safety standards.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
