Conduit Digital is Hiring a Digital Account Manager Near Bayville, NJ

Conduit Digital, located in Bayville, NJ provides omni-channel white-label digital marketing products and solutions to advertising agencies for resale. Conduit Digital is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join its Client Experience Team, focused on streamlining, upgrading, and scaling their portfolio of agency partners.

Please note, this position is HYBRID3x days in office and 2x WFH so you must live in proximity to our office near Toms River, New Jersey.

Experience:

  • Relationship Building Skills: We want to produce amazing results for our agencies and their client accounts and build lasting relationships with our agencies at large. Proven experience in account management or client services within a digital agency or marketing environment is required to succeed in this role.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Clear, concise, proactive, and confident communication is key - our Account Managers need to drive conversations and presentations with our agency partners and provide support where it’s needed to streamline and ensure the best possible result.
  • Opportunity Assessment: The ability to think about the opportunity and bigger picture - and then present it - will be imperative as we look to grow and scale our agencies and bring opportunities to the table for both their agency and their agency accounts.
  • Risks and Roadblocks: Equally important to opportunity is the ability to identify, flag, and move fast on agency and account risks and roadblocks. Our Digital Account Manager is responsible for monitoring their accounts, collaborating with their team of analysts, and communicating concerns as early on as possible with urgency, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Account Project Management: Strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a quick-moving environment, managing a handful of agencies and their accounts. Onboarding new agencies and making their start with Conduit seamless will also be incredibly important.
  • Agency Finance: Maintaining records and communicating agency and account finances, (ad spend, management fees, etc.) and budget fluctuations and/or discrepancies with Conduit’s Finance Manager to ensure appropriate invoicing and oversight.
  • Analytics: Analytical experience (for example in Paid Media, Programmatic, SEO, and Social) and how to identify and discuss client goals, tangible metrics, and opportunities are beyond important in our agency portfolio management. This will involve understanding the full scope of the account’s business objectives and working with the team to make sure the account hits the Key Performance Actions (KPAs) that drive holistic business goals and regularly looking over their account performance dashboards holistically.
  • Digital Marketing: A strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and channels like SEO, Search Engine Marketing (PPC), Social advertising on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic Display and OTT.
  • Tools: Proficiency in project management and communications software (Teamwork and Slack are what we use!), Google Business Suite / Microsoft Office, CRMs, social media platforms, and websites is ideal.
  • Work Ethic: You control the effort you bring to the table, and successful Agency Account managers bring it every day! We are looking for a team player who loves to build relationships, identify opportunities, and make an impact!

What are we looking for in a Digital Account Manager?

  • Our Digital Account Manager is the liaison and primary point of contact between Conduit Digital and our ad agency partners for the management of their accounts - we’re looking for our newest member on the Client Experience team to build lasting relationships and create a one-of-a-kind Conduit experience for our agency partners
  • The ideal candidate will have advertising agency experience, be able to positively control and drive an agency and its accounts, and have an excellent working knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Our Digital Account Manager will communicate, pace, report, and drive meaningful results-based insight and actionable next steps with our agencies.
  • They have the confidence and passion to help keep their agencies in alignment with Conduit’s team and will manage expectations every step of the way. Whether it’s identifying new opportunities, providing suggestions to upgrade their portfolios with new tactics, or addressing any risks or concerns.
