About the Role:

As a Service Technician Associate IV, you will provide critical service to our Red Light Speed Camera clients. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support.

Responsibilities:

• • Developed proficiency within a range of analytical or operational processes.
  • Have good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
  • Completes assignments and facilitates the work of others.
  • Coordinates assignments beyond work area.
  • Proposes improvements to processes and methods.
  • Works autonomously within established procedures.
  • Be organized and have the ability to multi-task while adapting to changing priorities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will:

• • Have a High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year experience in a Technician Role
  • Must have Low Voltage and Inventory Management experience
  • Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Products
  • Be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
  • Be organized and have the ability to multi-task while adapting to changing priorities
  • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
  • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • 25% Travel
