Job title: Associate, Quality Assurance

Work Hours – 8:00am – 4:30pm

Hourly Rate - $16/hr plus benefits

Work Location Onsite – Helena, MT

Purpose:

The primary focus of this position is the review of data entry for accuracy and the review of phone calls based on a script. Primary tasks would include but not limited to, quality monitoring on Medicare claim data entry; provider selections for members; provider enrollments; phone call etiquette. Responsibility will also include managing front desk/reception area.

Secondary duties would include the following:

• Third Party Liability quality audits
• Sending daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Assisting in updating Desk Level Procedures
• Provide support to various departments as needed to meet deadlines
• Acting as back-up to other team members
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel

Preferred Experience:

• 2 years quality assurance experience
• Medicare/Medicaid and/or Health Insurance experience
