About the Role

As a Manager-Delivery, you will manage the performance and success of a small team of associates. You will collaborate with leadership and act as an SME. You will have an opportunity to improve efficiencies. (Position is ON-SITE in Richmond VA

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a full range of reimbursement services and ensure the program is operating within the contract
• Managing day-to-day activity of the program operation, including supervision of staff
• Contributing to the analysis and writing of client reports and other deliverables
• Monitoring and reporting on program statistics and metrics to measure team performance whole
• Demonstrating successful leadership to team members

Requirements

• Have an Associate Degree and experience in customer service, pharmaceutical, insurance, call center, or related
• Have multiple years experience in a leadership role
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Use excellent communication and presentation skills
