Job Track Description:

• Experience troubleshooting and installing cloud-based Next-Gen AV software Carbon Black, Comodo)
• Perform IT Support services to users.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms as well as Active Directory, Group Policy
• Understanding of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root causes, and provide technical support when needed.

General Profile

• Experience with enterprise-wide antivirus or related field
• Minimum one year of IT Experience in a Windows server environment
• Windows Server and, Remediation experience
• Good analytical skills
• Effective communication skills enabling the ability to communicate complex information to various audiences both verbally and in writing (English)
• Knowledge of industry cloud technologies
• Experience with information security principles/practices
• Experience with privacy principles/practices
• Passionate about security, privacy, and compliance
• Self-motivated, quick learner, fast researcher
• Have experience with and are comfortable with a remote working environment.
