Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Coordinator. As a Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating various business activities. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Serve as the front desk representative
- Provide administrative assistance including but not limited to the distribution, processing and maintenance of paperwork, records, reports, memos, correspondence, inventory and resupply.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain organized records and files, both physical and electronic
- Assist with receptionist duties, utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and generate reports
- Type correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role is preferred
- Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and record keeping
- Familiarity with receptionist duties and office procedures is a plus
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desired
- Excellent typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
