Compensation :

$38,000 - $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team a motivated, highly organized professional with excellent customer service skills.

As a Contents Cleaning & Packing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in cleaning and restoring customers' personal belongings affected by water, smoke, or fire.

Your dedication is crucial in upholding our commitment to delivering top-notch customer service. Join us and be an essential part of ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service experience.

• Inventory / Clean / Pack household items / furniture
• Take clear pictures of items and document them in software
• Identify salvageable versus non-salvageable items
• Loading / Unloading the items in / out of the truck
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture
• Deodorization (ozone, foggers, etc.)
• Use software to photograph and document all items
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure attention to detail
• Support the Project Manager and lead the team in producing a high-quality, high-efficiency work product
• Work in accordance with all safety guidelines on the job site and immediately report any incidents or violations of work rules to the Project Manager
• Complete final preparations and walk-throughs with the Project Manager and the client
• Keep the contents cleaning room clean and well-stocked
• Properly store personal property in storage crates to provide a safe environment

Qualifications :

• Must reside within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan
• Possess previous experience in content cleaning & restoration
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and teamwork
• Provide an empathetic and caring demeanor to the customer in their time of need
• Proven track record of arriving to work on time
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to obtain chauffer's license in 90 days
• Possess good physical stamina to climb ladders and stairs
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently; 100 pounds in a team lift
• Able to climb ladders and work overhead
• Able to work in different work environments (heat, cold, etc.)
• Demonstrate ability to work both as part of a team and independently
• IICRC FRST and / or CPT certification is preferred
• Flexibility to work longer hours when needed
• Attention to detail is a must
• Capable of standing for extended periods of time
