We are seeking an entry level Account Executive to join our team ! As an entry Account Executive you will be responsible for successfully identifying and qualifying healthcare providers to support our staffing goals. Our account managers are responsible for obtaining their clinicians availability to prepare hospital schedules. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive and unafraid of difficult conversations. High level of discernment skills are needed in order to match providers that meet Concord Medical Group as well as the hospital’s standards and qualifications. Our account managers rely on excellent relationship building skills and continued communication via phone and email.

• Strong negotiation skills

This is base plus commission position located in our Flower Mound, TX office. Benefits include 401k matching program after 1 year of employment and full health benefits after 90 days
