We are hiring for a Laundry-Breakfast Server

Love serving others? Making someone smile? Are you a service professional with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service to our guests? You might be just what we're looking for! Our busy hotel is looking for a detail-oriented person to set up and take down our breakfast buffet, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are always available. You'll also work with our Housekeeping Department to wash, sort and fold laundry. Our ideal applicant must have experience in the Hotel Industry and enjoys connecting with people. Responsibilities:

• Serve guests in our Breakfast Area and replenish food as necessary.
• Maintain the Breakfast Area by cleaning tables, chairs, and buffet counter, and empty trash as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Use appropriate procedures for removing used plates, glasses, and silverware throughout breakfast service.
• Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout breakfast hours.
• Wash/Dry hotel laundry in commercial washer/dryer.
• Fold and store hotel linen in designated areas.

Qualifications:

• Food Service and Housekeeping in the Hotel Industry experience is highly desired.
• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills.
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required while working with guests and team members.
