Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Concierge with a history of high-end corporate engagement to join our team. As a Concierge, you will function as the first point of contact for our corporate tenants and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure their visit is enjoyable. Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting tenants and visitors upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Screening people entering the building
- Maintaining telephone lines
- Dispensing mail, deliveries and packages
- Logging maintenance requests
- Recording incidents that occur in shift notes
- Monitoring security cameras
- Providing administrative support to property management team
The Ideal Candidate:
- More than 5 years experience in customer service
- Always displays a professional appearance and attitude
- Knowledge of basic office equipment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Possesses a cheerful outlook and willingness to work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
Schedules Include:
- 8-Hour Shift
- Day Shift
- Evening Shift
- Holidays
Expected Hours:
- No more than 40 per week
Education:
- 2 years of college (preferred)
- High School or equivalent (required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
