Concho Hearts Hospice is looking to expand our team, as an Executive Director you have the responsibility to bring on your own team and create your own hospice location to service your community. Concho Hearts Executive Director / Marketer serves as a leader with the overall organization management of the hospice agency. The hallmarks of this position include developing people and processes, ensuring high quality of care to each patient, financial management, and business development. Concho Hearts Hospice is dedicated to providing compassionate care wherever you call home. Our team of Nurses, Aides, Chaplains, Social Workers, Volunteers and Doctors provide symptom management, patient and family support while coping with an end of life illness. We are on this journey with you and everyone's journey is different. We are locally owned and operated, so you can rest easy that your loved one will receive loving care in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Develops various channels of referrals through the selection, acquisition, retention, and growth of business partnerships with referral sources.
- Consistently visits, communicates, and monitors provider, community, customer, payer and patient perceptions of Concho Hearts Hospice as a high-quality provider of services.
- Conduct educational in-services and community outreach to promote our superior hospice care services.
- Educates patients and their families of hospice expectations.
- Work closely with the clinical operations team to ensure seamless care transition coordination from an acute care setting to home.
- Operation / Compliance standards for patient care
- Human Resource
Qualifications:
- Hospice Marketing experience.
