Role Summary

This position reports to the EVP, GM Patient Solutions, with responsibility for defining, implementing, and achieving the go-to-market activities for ConcertAI’s Patient Engagement Platform & associated Solutions. In this capacity, the VP Patient Engagement Solutions will work with the sales and product management organization in assurance of realizing Solution Packaging & Booking Performance as well as inform solution improvements and roadmap. This individual will have significant interactions with all key Patient Solutions customers, prospects and support ConcertAI Sales Executives. This leader will also interact extensively with ConcertAI Product Management, Data Scientists and with the company’s technology product managers.

Responsibilities

  • Bookings, Revenue, and P&L Responsibilities for emerging Patient Engagement Offerings
  • Embody and generate the compelling events during the sale process to convert client interest into transactions
    • Drive client interaction once Account Executives have introduced a client to ConcertAI and generated sales momentum
    • Deliver presentations that wow the customers
    • Participate in content generation for marketing and sales e.g. webinars, podcasts, etc
  • Serve as the product advocate for ConcertAI capabilities in client prospecting activities and at congresses.
  • Deliver internal training and sales enablement for Sales Account Executive and BD support staff.
  • Lead sales and delivery efforts of solutions, and synthesizing feedback for development teams.
  • Feed the creation or refinement of product characteristics with Patient Solutions Management team through customers interactions:
    • Obtain customer requirements by working closely with the sales and product teams, and direct client engagement.
    • Summarize feedback from client users to inform product modifications.
    • Coordinate with Commercial Insights group (consulting) to support the creation of new offerings based on market feedback
  • Customer Success, Delivery SLA’s, Growth and Renewals with existing clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ work experience from a related and relevant setting e.g. commercial facing sales, consulting, managed services
  • Strong experience with Prescription and Claims data sets
  • Demonstrated success in representing a wide variety of solutions to commercial pharma stakeholders
  • Strong business development background with a demonstrated ability to implement and achieve booking goals and drive top/bottom line financial performance
  • Strong sense of duty and urgency to align deep expertise with capabilities and client needs in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills with ability to engage and influence all levels of the organization from the C-Suite to the Individual Contributor
