Compensation:

We offer a variable model that includes base salary plus performance driven bonuses.

• Base salary range is $57,000-$71,000 based on licensure level, experience and geographic location paid on a biweekly basis.
• Performance driven incentives can range from $860 to $2,200 based on data supportive targets paid on a monthly basis.
• Eligibility the first month after three months of employment.
• Will receive a $500/month stipend during your first three months of employment.
• To ensure all employees are aware of their performance against their targets, and have full visibility into their variable compensation, regular 1:1 meetings will be required with their direct supervisor.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Clinician is a core member of the Collaborative Care team involving the patient's primary care provider, psychiatric consultant, and other behavioral health providers. The Licensed Clinician provides evidence-based interventions using the Collaborative Care Model to promote system reduction and optimal patient outcomes. They use a world-class technology platform to provide brief interventions using evidence-based techniques such as Problem Solving Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Activation in Primary Care, Family Practice, and OBGYN settings.

Required Education and Licensure:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.
• Licensed to practice in their state as an associate clinician under supervision of a licensed clinician (ACSW, LCSW, LICSW or equivalent),OR
• Licensed to practice license in their state as an independent clinician (LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent), OR
• Ability to complete cross-licensing in the state of Massachusetts ifConcert Health will cover the cost.

Highly Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Experience in Pediatrics as a Licensed Clinician.
• Experience in Women’s Health as a Licensed Clinician.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches (Problem-Solving Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Activation)
• Expertise in handling higher-acuity patients/situations.
• Technical proficiency in a variety of platforms including EHRs, ability to quickly learn new technology.
• Knowledge of/experience with behavioral health screening tools (PHQ9, GAD7, CSSRS, etc).

Selection Process: Three Stages

Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a 30 minute virtual interview to discuss experience, qualifications, base salary expectations, and overview of Concert Health’s Collaborative Care Model.

Qualified candidates who meet the required experience, qualifications, and base salary expectations will be scheduled for a 30 minute skills assessment within the same week. Candidates who meet the required criteria will be scheduled for a final virtual panel interview the following week.

The final virtual panel interview will be conducted by Clinical Leaders.
