Job Details

Responsibilities
System Administration for on-premise and SaaS-based IT systems, including an Active Directory Forest with Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services
Manage and maintain endpoints including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and servers
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure resilience.
Administer user accounts, licensing, permissions, and access rights for IT systems
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as Google Cloud Platform/GxP (Good Clinical Practices) and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) for IT systems and processes
Requirements
2 years of experience managing Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services
Strong knowledge of endpoint management tools and techniques, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
Effective communication and organization skills
Energy, curiosity, perseverance, and high standards
Collaborative approach and demonstrated team player
Nice to Have Knowledge and Skills
Experience working in regulated environments, particularly HIPAA and Good Clinical Practices / GxP
Experience with AWS (S3, EC2, RDS)
