Concept Unlimited is looking for an experienced sign painter that can paint signs made from aluminum, steel and acrylic.

Duties:

Spray and maintain a high quality of paint finish on all projects in an efficient and safe manner. Performs paint booth maintenance as necessary (changing filters, cleaning floor, Etc..) Cleans and maintains spray gun and equipment and leaves equipment clean and prepared for the next day Utilize and understand high volume, low pressure paint system (smooth, fine stipple, medium stipple finishes, Etc..). Must be able to mix paint, catalyst, reducers, and additives per manufacturer's specifications (Matthews Paint system knowledge is a plus). Assist the paint team with the cleaning, prep, masking, load/unload, and rework of parts into paint booths Ensure quality of paint on jobs performed is the best it can be and needs to pay close attention to detail.

Be able to read drawings/renderings and read a tape measurer.

Must be able to apply graphics and mask out areas when more than one color is needed on a sign.

Expectations:

• Ensure all paint materials are charged appropriately to job work orders in accordance with company processes.
• Arrive to work on time and work the scheduled hours
• Able to spray paint on metal and acrylic at various angles and heights.
• Applies safe work practices and ensures coworkers do so as well in accordance with company processes
• Wear Safety Equipment for painting.

Work conditions consist of a manufacturing plant environment with standing, bending, ladder use and twisting 90% of the day. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
