This person is responsible for utilizing tooling, equipment and materials for preparation and painting of diamond blades and core bits. This position is critical for production of segmented diamond blades and core bits.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ASSEMBLY

• Preparation of paint for use in pneumatic paint guns
• Loading and unloading of paint line
• Painting of products
• Start up and daily maintenance of part washer
• Daily maintenance of central paint delivery system
• Disposal of paint wastes
• Follow company policies to insure compliance of EPA and environmental regulations in the painting process
• Follow company policies to insure compliance of OSHA safety and health regulations in the painting process

QUALITY

• Maintain high level of attention to detail
• Working cooperatively within team environment
• Ability to follow established guidelines and processes in a patience and precise manner
• Daily, weekly, monthly and annual deadlines

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Basic knowledge of math
• Working knowledge of the metric system of weights and measurements
• Working knowledge of diamond tool design elements
• Working knowledge of paint applications
• High school or equivalent
• Ability to lift, push/pull and stand for long periods of time
