Performs medical assessment of center patients at multiple clinics
• Establishes and monitors a medically appropriate level of care for center patients
• Performs outpatient procedures like laceration repairs and I/D
• Initial evaluation, diagnosis and treatment plans for musculoskeletal injuries
• Works with Center Medical Director to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards in occupational medicine
• Meets with Concentra's Medical Director their designee, on a regular basis to discuss quality of patient care and review policies, procedures and records
• Maintains clinical core competency

• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university
• Must be board certified by ABMS or AOA recognized speciality
• Licensure requirements of the state of Pennsylvania
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of Pennsylvania
• Must be DOT FMCSA certified by date of hire
