WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a strong Maintenance Supervisor with great energy to join our team for our upcoming brand-new luxury, lease-up community in South Reno, NV area. Halcyon @ Reno Apartments will be offering 330 luxury apartment housing homes with thoughtfully curated amenities and designed with high-quality spacious floor plans. This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Monday through Friday - 8 am to 5 pm | On-Call Rotation is Required | Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible.

Multi-Family Maintenance Industry and Hands-On Maintenance Experience with Lease-up and managed a minimum of 3 team members of experience are required for this position. 

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 with 100% Housing Included! 

WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:

• You bring a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance
• You bring a minimum of 3-5 years of property management experience
• You bring a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• You have a good working knowledge and can execute professional-level maintenance services, such as plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating and air-conditioning, and general construction
• You are able to use simple tools, such as paint brushes, rollers, spray equipment, ladders, solvents, cleaners, tape, and coverings, as well as power tools, such as snakes, jack hammers, electrical test devices, grinders, drills, saws, and motor/electrical vehicles
• You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written
• You have a passion for helping others
• You are flexible with your schedule and able to participate in an on-call rotation
• You possess a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
