Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Fiber and Coax construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in OSP Fiber and Coax construction management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of WAN (Wide Area Network) infrastructure and IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with high voltage and low voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Note: Experience operating a forklift and working with telephone systems is a plus but not required for this position.
