Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Skills:
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience in medical billing processes
- Efficient 10-key typing skills
- Familiarity with public accounting practices
- Ability to perform account analysis
- Expertise in account reconciliation procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
