JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations such as managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing retail loss prevention strategies, and communicating with customers and corporate management. The Store Manager will work to ensure the store is running efficiently and meeting sales and profit goals while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• At least 3-5 years of store management experience in a retail environment

• Experience and knowledge in retail loss prevention strategies

• Ability to manage and motivate a team of employees

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,220.01 - $85,641.30 per year
