Description

The Recruiting Coordinator will play a pivotal and dynamic role in supporting the hiring process within the ParkX Division, which stands as the fastest-growing division in our esteemed company. As the key liaison between the human resources department and the ParkX Division, they will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities aimed at driving forward our recruitment efforts. From meticulously managing the candidate pipeline to fostering robust relationships with stakeholders, sourcing top-tier talent, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience, this role serves as the cornerstone of our division's growth trajectory. #careerssponsor

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for all roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Track candidate progress through the recruitment process and update relevant stakeholders accordingly.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to organize and manage candidate information effectively.
  • Ability to quickly develop trust and maintain that trust through consistent and effective partnership with assigned client group(s).
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other key stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on recruitment status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Engage passive candidates and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related activities with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute job postings on relevant platforms and channels.
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking sessions.
  • Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activity and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, correspondence, and recruitment activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of one-year relevant experience.
  • High volume or agency recruiting strongly preferred. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and use new software programs quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information in accordance with Comstock policy.
  • Consistently perform work in a credible and trustworthy manner, operating with high degree of integrity.
  • Consistently hold oneself and others accountable and strive for a high level of excellence.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and work to fuel growth and innovation.
