We're now hiring a Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to help us keep growing. Join our independent insurance company that has been established since 1967.
You’ll have 12 direct contracts with top Midwest insurance companies and we offer a great commission structure that beats our competitors.

Responsibilities
- Use lead lists to establish contact and schedule appointments
- Meet with prospective clients
- Meet with existing clients to perform annual reviews
- Must conduct phone prospecting, face-to-face prospecting and through social media efforts
- Conduct sales presentation with the intent of selling an insurance product
- Provide claim assistance to clients
- Solicit referrals from clients
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and acquire an insurance license (1-3 month study time and pass state exam)
- Ability to use a computer
- Demonstrate great customer service skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Reliable transportation to meet with prospective and existing clients
- Above average analytical skills to determine prospective client needs
- Hybrid set up
