• SAP Commerce Sr. Business Analyst
• * The Senior Business Analyst- SAP Commerce will be a core member of our IT Order-to-Cash Team while working closely with our Supply Chain, Pricing, Sales Operations, and Finance organizations and driving continuous improvement through business partnerships to develop timely and innovative sustainable ‘end to end’ solutions.
• * This involves collaboration with other business analysts and development teams to design, develop, test, and implement solutions to meet business requirements.
• * This role will primarily focus on functional enhancements and strategic project implementations but will also provide production support.
• * Development of technical design, solutions, and configuration in SAP Commerce for global projects.
• * Lead and facilitate design sessions amongst business, IS stakeholders/leaders & SME(s), driving integration and eliminating gaps.
• * Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and managing SAP Commerce.
• * Detailed understanding of SAP Commerce architecture
• * Understanding of integration with SAP ECC.
• * Need to be able to translate business requirements and architect sustainable solutions.
• * Proven ability to stay aware of current trends and technical advancements and share learnings.
• * Experience managing cross functional support with other functional analysts and technical team
• * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• * Understanding of the incident, problem and change management processes
• * Ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team environment
• * Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of a full life cycle implementation.
• * Travel up to 10% - Nationwide to either domestic plants or the offices in Chicago and Mission Viejo, CA.
• Will be home on weekends and will travel anywhere from 1-4 days.
• * Bachelor’s degree required. Degree must be from an accredited institution.
