Primary Function | What you'll do

The Senior SAP/IBP Business Lead works with key business users to gather business requirements; designs and develops solutions; creates blueprints, functional specs, and performs Unit/integration testing. They will be responsible for successful technical solution implementation, across all Supply Chain planning functions. This involves collaboration with other SAP functional and development teams to design, develop, test, and implement appropriate configurations within SAP ECC PP, SAP APO, and SAP IBP to meet business requirements in the manufacturing area.

Role-Specific Responsibilities | What they want

Development of technical design, solutions and configuration in SAP solutions. Lead and facilitate design sessions amongst business, IS stakeholders/leaders & SME(s), driving integration and eliminating gaps.

Enhancements and Projects Support:

• Participate in project management by managing small to medium size projects from definition through implementation.
• Partnering with Business Stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and technology as well as assess new technologies and business solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

Works closely with the Supply Chain Business teams to recommend business process changes based on knowledge of SAP and best business practices by:

1. Researching and identifying appropriate SAP solutions to optimize and increase adoption.
2. Using past experiences and knowledge of SAP to support processes and design to improve Supply Chain planning functions.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

Analyze problem tickets through root cause analysis and determine appropriate solutions

Update configuration and, as needed, work with developers to modify programs and ensuring adequate end-user testing and acceptance of all SAP SCM planning.

Coordinate support escalation, communication with business, service desk, and technical teams.

Supporting cross-functional issues investigation, testing, and resolution.

Qualifications | What you'll need

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP, SAP APO solutions and data integration between ECC, APO, and IBP.
• Implementation experience in the following IBP modules: S&OP, Demand Planning, Response and Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning.
• Implementation experience of APO SNP, Deployment, TLB, and PPDS.
• Experience in ECC and APO Master and Transaction Data including Material Master, Production BOMs, Production Versions, Routings, Resources, Transportation Lanes,…
• Experience with SAP upgrades, enhancement packs and migrations.

Education: A BS/BA Degree in Business, or a related field

• Exposure to S/4 HANA preferred
• Knowledge of ECC supply chain modules like MM, SD, and PP is preferred
